The restaurant was clean and the table was set up nicely. There was a lot to choose from the menu and one of the waiters was very helpful with helping us decide what to get according to what type of taste we liked. He was very friendly. The service from the other servers was decent. The food did take quite a long while to arrive however it was worth the wait. There was plenty of food and the portions were large. It was very delicious. I would just wish that the food could be prepared faster as we did wait quite a while.

The Service is always good. The staff are always nice. You can’t go wrong with this place. This place has been there for years even on Christmas Eve. This place is busy as hell.

Absolute delight. A quiet Tuesday night and our waiter was on point. Recommend the chicken balti - juicy, fruity and very tasty.

Went on a Wednesday for the Banquet meal and had reasonably high expectations having read the reviews here. Have to say I was somewhat disappointed with virtually everything we ate. I had a chicken tikka as a starter which was almost tasteless, my wife had a butterfly prawn which was similar. For mains I had a Chefs Special Sri Lankan Chicken Tikka which was not ver6 spicy and quite sweet. My wife had a Prawn Madras which was ok and in fact the sauce was slightly sour, so we ended up mixing both sauces and it wasn’t too bad. rice was ok and the Garlic Naan was ok but really needed a bit longer in the tandoori as it didn’t have any colour. Side dishes were an onion bhaji which was probably the best item and a tarka daal which had a slightly earthy taste. To wash it down I had a large Cobra which was actually nice and cold and went down well. On the plus side, the service was good, the man who took our order was very friendly and everything was served quickly.

Fantastic dinner - the chutney selection for the papadums was sensational especially that pickled chilli! Had the garlic chili chicken, aloo ghobi and chana massala - would have been enough for two people the portions were really generous! Also very friendly people on the night, very welcoming.

The food is incredible and you get so much for your money. The staff are such lovely, friendly people. We went for a big birthday and they made it very special. Cannot recommend highly enough.
